The fifth National Healthcare congress will take place in Moscow on 2–3 November 2026. Its published programme addresses the healthcare development strategy through 2030, including prevention, quality and access to care, workforce development and medical technology. The organisers are the Russian Ministry of Health and the Roscongress Foundation, with the Central Research Institute for Healthcare Organisation and Informatics as organisational partner.
